Bereavement Visits
After the funeral we like to keep in contact with the family. If appropriate, one of the clergy will ask a member of our Bereavement Visitors Team to contact you. He or she will arrange a visit some time after the funeral to give you an opportunity to talk with them. This service is available to a widowed spouse or close relative as often and for as long as it is needed.

Service for the Bereaved
Each year those who have had the funeral of a relative or close friend taken by one of the parish staff are invited to a special service in October or November. When they come they are able to remember, reflect on the life of their loved one and give God thanks for them. Many people find this most helpful and moving.
